THE NOTION KIT

Set up Claude once. Stop explaining your business every time.

The setup I run my own business and my client accounts through, in the order I'd do it again. One afternoon, no tech background needed.

$47 USD founding price until Monday 29 September, then $97 USD

Eight Notion pages. Dated, and updated whenever Claude changes.

THE PROBLEM

Every chat starts from zero.

You open Claude, explain who you are, what you sell and how you sound, get a decent answer, and do it all again tomorrow. Then you get something back that sounds like nobody. That's a setup gap, and you only have to fix it once.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Eight pages, one afternoon.

01

Memory

Get the desktop app, switch memory on, check the privacy setting, and give Claude the five lines about you, with a filled example.

02

Connectors

Link Notion or Google Drive, keep one What we've learned page so you never repeat yourself, and add Gmail and Google Calendar safely.

03

Projects

The three-question test for when you need a new one, an instructions template, three filled examples (your business, a client, admin) and the files checklist.

04

Your voice profile

The interview questions I send clients, the prompts that turn your own writing into a profile, the five-part template and a test.

05

The limits card

Why you keep hitting the limit, and the five rules that fix most of it.

06

What to ignore for now

Claude Code, the API, Max plans, agents, 300-prompt packs, and the rest you can skip.

07

When it goes wrong

Nine common problems, from "it still sounds generic" to "it used an old price", each with the fix, plus three diagnostic prompts.

08

The monthly tune-up

A ten-minute checklist and two prompts that keep the setup working as your business changes.

THE AFTERNOON

About two and a half hours, in this order.

StepTime
Memory20 min
Connectors20 min
Projects45 min
Voice profile60 min
Limits card5 min
What to ignore5 min

Pages 7 and 8 are for later: one for when Claude does something you set it up not to do, one for a ten-minute monthly check.

WHO IT'S FOR

For you if

  • You run a business on your own and use Claude, or want to
  • You're tired of re-explaining your business in every chat
  • You want Claude to sound like you, not like a brochure
  • You'd rather not learn anything technical to get there

Not for you if

  • You want prompts that write everything for you
  • You're building apps or using Claude Code
  • You want someone to set it up for you (that's the Workflow Build)

WHY THIS ONE

Built from real client work. Every step is how I run my own business and my client accounts in Claude, not a list of features.

Dated and updated. Claude changes its menus often. Every page carries the date it was checked, and when something changes I update it and log it in the changelog. You get every update.

Claude drafts. You decide. That line doesn't move.

FAQ

Does it work on the free Claude plan?
Most of it. Memory, Projects (up to five on the free plan) and skills all work there, and the Google connectors work on every plan. Some other connectors need a paid plan, and the kit tells you which steps those are.
Do I need Notion?
You need a free Notion account to open and duplicate the kit. For the connector steps, Google Drive works just as well.
What if Claude changes its menus?
It will. Every page is dated, and I update the kit when something moves. If a step doesn't match what you see, reply to your receipt email and tell me which one.
How is this different from the Prompt Pack?
The kit is the setup underneath: memory, connectors, Projects and your voice. The Prompt Pack is ten prompts you use once that setup is in place. You can add it at checkout.
Do I get a call?
No. Everything you need is on the pages. If you'd like it set up for you, that's the Workflow Build.
What happens on 29 September?
The price goes from $47 USD to $97 USD. Anyone who bought at the founding price keeps every update.

One afternoon. Then Claude starts from your business.
