about ap

I build the systems I wished someone had built for me.

I started because I was burnt out. So burnt out I couldn't even keep up with my own personal inbox. I have ADHD, and "just be more organized" had never once worked for me. I didn't need more discipline. I needed systems that did the remembering for me. So I built them, at first just to claw back my own life. Then I pointed the same thinking at my own brand. Now I run it on systems instead of willpower, and it shows: 1.2 million views and 39,000 interactions in three months on my personal account, with one post passing 298,000. Solo, no ads.

When AI arrived, it became the engine that made those systems almost effortless, as long as I stayed the one steering. That's the work I do now: helping founders and creators, a lot of them wired like me, build systems where AI carries the load and they keep the voice and the judgement. The goal was never to do more, faster. It was to build something that runs without burning you out. That, to me, is what integrity with AI means.
